8 MDS Students are finalists in the 2020 Best Awards

We are proud to announce that we have 8 finalists in this year's Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Awards.

The Best Design Awards is an annual showcase of excellence in graphic, spatial, product, digital and motion design along with three special awards - Value of Design, Public Good and Toitanga.

I’m delighted to have 8 finalists in the 2020 Designers Institute of New Zealand Best Awards. The broad scope of the categories across moving image, Toitanga, public good and graphics demonstrates our students diverse skill sets. What’s very rewarding is the strong underlying themes and topics that our students have given voice to through these projects. Great to see projects with a strong here for good focus being recognised and rewarded by the high profile judges.
