As soon as you have identified that your card has been lost or stolen you must contact Media Design School reception in order to have access cancelled, you can also do this to reactivate it should you find it again.

To replace the card, you need to use the Student Card app on your phone. Details about this can be found in your personal email from when you enrolled at Media Design School. Once in the Student Card app, select Reprint and follow the prompts, the cost is $8 payable with visa or debit.
Only current enrolled students are eligible for a Student Card. If unsure, please check with one of our staff at reception.

Yes, and a librarian!
There is a library on Level 1 with a selection of books for you to use on campus or borrow. We also have a virtual library providing access to a huge range of resources, available 24/7. Topics covered include media, technology, art, architecture and design with resources that include 1000s of up-to-date journal articles, subject databases and ebooks.

Yes, we do! Our students run several clubs pertaining to a wide range of interests such as gaming, business and more . If you would like to join a club or have an idea for a new one, please be in touch with our Student Executive.

To be eligible to graduate, you will need to have successfully:
- Completed the total number of credits required to complete your programme.
- Paid all your fees, including Library fees, and return any outstanding equipment/resources.
- Confirm or update your personal contact information, such as: mailing address, personal e-mail address and phone number.
The next step in assessing your eligibility to graduate is academically assessing your work against the course requirements. If this assessment is successful, you will proceed to graduation.

Once you have successfully completed your studies and approved to Graduate, you will be invited to attend the next scheduled Graduation Ceremony. Graduation Ceremonies are held once a year, typically towards the end of year. The invitation to your Graduation Ceremony will be sent to your personal email address registered in the system, 5 weeks before the graduation date.
If you cannot, or choose not to, attend Graduation, you may 'Graduate in Absentia' and have your certificate couriered to you. Information on how to Graduate in Absentia will be included in your invitation to attend graduation
