I analyzed COVID-19 data in Australia for 2021, using Google Cloud and Big Query APIs to create engaging visualizations. Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) and hypothesis testing with t-tests across various locations. Designed visualizations like violin plots, boxplots, and a heatmap of a correlation matrix for insights. Also analyzed vaccination trends and created scatter plots to explore correlations between key variables.
I conducted a data analysis project on liquor sales in Iowa City, USA, focusing on uncovering consumption trends and predicting future sales using the "Iowa Liquor Sales" dataset. The project involved data preparation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and the implementation of machine learning algorithms like K-Means Clustering, Multiple Linear Regression, and logistic regression. I also applied model scoring, cross-validation, and ridge/lasso regression to analyze sales patterns and identify strategies to target higher sales outcomes.
Performed sentiment analysis on Zomato customer reviews using machine learning algorithms like Decision Trees, Random Forests, and Support Vector Classifiers (SVC), comparing results for optimal performance. Conducted Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and factors influencing customer satisfaction. Developed visualizations, including word clouds, to identify key sentiment drivers. Preprocessed large datasets through text normalization and tokenization, and evaluated model performance using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score to enhance customer service.
