    Jon Booth

      Cooking, movies, making video games, scuba diving

    Jon attained an Honors degree in computer science at the University of Nottingham (UK) before embarking on his games programming career. After working on a string of number one AAA games, up to a senior capacity, Jon set off around the world, living on a tropical island for some time. He has now settled into dual roles of teacher and new dad and is enjoying every challenge.

    Mike Porter

      Creating art, photography, cooking ethnic foods and reading

    Mike started his game career back in 1995 in Lewisville, Texas. Over the last 15 years, he has worked in several different companies both in Texas and in Seattle, including work for Sierra and Microsoft Games Studios. He has created 3D artwork, level design on various games, for various platforms including Dreamcast, PS2, PC and Xbox 360. His roles included Art Lead, Environment Art Lead, Vehicle Art Lead and Level Design Lead. Mike was even lucky enough to work with the great people at Bungie for a short period to help ship Halo 3.

    Leon Woud

      Movies, video games, travel

    Leon is a self-confessed techno-geek. He achieved the Media Design School Diploma of 3D Animation in 2006 and Graduate Diploma in Advanced 3D Productions with Distinction in 2008. He was Technical Director for an award winning animation and has done various freelance work before returning to Media Design School to teach. Passionate about the industry, Leon is heavily involved in the New Zealand 3D community and is a moderator on New Zealand's top CG forum: NZCGI (www.nzcgi.com)
