The seven students from the Graduate Diploma of Advanced 3D Productions, class of February 2008 have had a bit to celebrate over the last few weeks. Their short films Time to Fly and Incipiens have been doing really well on the Animated Films Festival market.

MDS scooped second place for an uplifting and inventive 3D animated short film at an Auckland City Council Ceremony held at the Academy Theatre on Wednesday 1 July to honour Auckland animated films entered into the Hamburg Animation Award 2009.
